Our Story
For over two decades, Vince DeGrado dedicated himself to coaching college Cross Country and Track at Cowley College and Allen Community College. Building athletes, building teams, and chasing championships. After helping lead Cowley College to a historic National Championship finish, Vince returned to Allen Community College with a new mission: to build something special from the ground up, again.
It started simply enough. A drone. Some open sky. A genuine desire to help his athletes get noticed. What began as a hobby, capturing recruiting content from above the track, blossomed an unexpected passion and a natural talent behind the lens.
The coaching instincts never left, they just found a new field to work on.
Our Vision
With the unwavering support and direction of his wife, Martha and Vince took the leap. Together, they founded M and V Media, channeling the same discipline, vision, and competitive drive that defined his coaching career into a new arena, live sports production. What once started as a sideline passion has grown into a thriving production business, bringing high-quality live broadcasts, and unforgettable event. At its core, M and V Media is built on the same values that shaped both of their careers: preparation, trust, hustle, and heart.
